Vintage Miramar California Pottery Casserole Serving Dish with Gold Cradle. This mid century modern 1950s casserole serving dish is by Miramar of Californina. The warm goldenrod colored dish with onion bulb lid and rests inside a gold tone cradle or stand with matching pottery handles.

Measurements:
The dish and lid are 6" tall and 9 1/2" in diameter.
The gold stand is 4 1/2 inches tall and is 14" wide from handle to handle.
When the dish and stand are together they stand 8" tall.

The bottom of the dish is marked:
Miramar of Calif.
Ovenproof
801

The dish and lid are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The pottery handles on the cradle are in excellent condition as well with only a tiny chip near on one of the handles where the metal goes through. It is not noticeable. The gold stand is in very good condition with just a bit of discoloration in a couple of spots on the sides and a few specs on the legs.

I have described the color of the dish as goldenrod. (as in the Crayola Crayon color) It is pretty close to the same color as the office paper color of goldenrod as well. It's a pale peachish tan color with a yellow tinge.
