Up for grabs is a very unique & RARE set of Corocraft Duette Sterling Fur Clip. These charming little ones measure just under 2 1/4 inches wide (when attached together), and 1 5/8 inches tall. Each fur clip can release from it's duette mechanism (signed Coro Duette STERLING Pat. No. 1798867, and each can be worn separately as fur clips.

This patent dates back to the 1940's, issued to Adolph Katz, on July 22, and Aug. 5th of 1947. All stones are present. This is a substantially heavy piece, weighing in at 35 grams.

This Coro Duette can be found in Brunialti's American Costume Jewelry guide, on pg. 149. Brunialti states on a scal of 1-5 with 5 being the rarest, this duette is rated a 4 out of 5, very rare indeed!
