The Empty Room is a novel written in 1941 by the English writer Charles Langbridge Morgan. Charles Morgan was a well-known author in his day but seems to have been forgotten in modern literature.

Title: The Empty Room
Author: Charles Morgan
Publisher: Macmillan & Co LTD
Publication Year: 1941
Pages: 160
Size: 13.5cm x 19.6cm

This book has green cloth boards with the book title and author on the spine in embossed gilt, which has started to wear off slightly. There are a few light marks on the front board and the spine. The spine itself is in good condition and all the binding is secure.

There are quite a few foxing marks scattered throughout the pages of this book, primarily on the first three and last three pages and the text block. The first page also has a small handwritten note in blue ink which reads “with love, Betty”.

Overall this book is in fair condition, if weren’t for the foxing marks it would be great for it’s age. With a bit of care this book will last for many more years.
