We make a vast assortment of products, so it is impossible to keep everything on the shelf at all times. A few select items we keep an inventory of, all others are made to order and can take an additional 1-7 business days to produce, depending on our current workload. If we are really busy and your order is going to take longer than 7 days to ship, we will let you know.

All items ship via USPS Priority 2-3 day in the U.S. and are adequately packed to prevent damage during transit in a discreet box. Our pouches are shipped First Class in a poly mailer bag, unless you choose Priority shipping for them or order multiple units. Our labels do say "Etsy" on them and the return address is "LP Studio". International orders say "Glass Art" on the customs form. If you require even more discretion, msg us and we will accommodate your needs :)

We only charge ACTUAL shipping costs. All items are shipped in USPS provided boxes but we do add a $1 handling fee per order to cover additional costs of wrapping and packing materials. Each of our items has a packaged weight associated with it and shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout. If you purchase multiple items, go ahead with checkout and we will refund you the overage after the items are boxed and actual shipping charges are determined. This applies to all orders.

**International orders**

All international orders ship First Class unless you specify otherwise. This method does not include insurance but is very economical and now offers tracking. We've had great results using it for most countries. If you would like to upgrade your shipping or add insurance you can do so upon checkout, for additional charges. The shipping calculator gives you actual costs based on our pre-determined packaged weight for each item. As stated for domestic orders, if you purchase multiple items just go ahead with checkout and you will be refunded any overage once actual shipping cost is determined.

**Import Duty Fees**

When ordering products for export to any country outside of the U.S. The buyer is hereby notified that they are solely responsible for all import duties, value added tax and costs associated with import clearance. Each country has its own duty and exemption laws and each buyer is solely responsible for all associated costs. Packages returned for failure to pay import fees and taxes shall be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY - not shipping costs - and will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Many customers don't require one as they either have their own storage methods or like to display the pieces. This also keeps the item prices lower. We do advise some sort of protection for your piece though to prevent scratches or chips, so use your best judgement. We DO offer exclusive premium pouches for our products - sold separately - just type in "pouch" in the search box within our store. They are handsome, of the highest quality, and are made locally here in Arizona. If you're unsure what size you need, msg us and we will gladly help you!

All of our clear adult novelty items are made from the best scientific grade borosilicate glass stock available, Kavalier Simax® from Czech Republic and Schott-Duran® from Germany.

Our color items are made with an Asian borosilicate glass that is produced for the custom lighting industry there. It is fully compatible with our 33 COE clear glass and just as safe, as long as it is annealed properly. This is the ONLY full color rod manufactured at this time, and it is only available in 19 and 25mm diameters. We can not make the larger sized items with it, sorry :(

All of our products are skillfully handcrafted by experienced artists, properly annealed in digitally controlled kilns, and polariscope tested to ensure optimal strength, durability, and longevity.

Glass is non-porous so it cleans up better and works with lubricants longer than traditional materials...and inhibits the distribution of STDs (when cleaned between partners).

Glass can be heated or cooled and retains its temperature for extended periods of time. This feature adds interesting and intense sensations, if you so desire.

Glass does not attract foreign debris (hair, lint, etc) like its plastic and rubber predecessors.

Glass retains no bacteria or funky odors when cleaned after use. Ever hear of Bacterial Vaginosis? Google that shit.

Glass is hypoallergenic.

Glass sex toys are beautiful works of art that can even be displayed when not in use. They are also very durable and will last a lifetime (or more) if properly cared for.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭/𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐲 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐱 𝐭𝐨𝐲?

To warm your glass toy, simply fill a plastic bowl or container with water and microwave it until it reaches the desired temperature. Submerge the piece in the water for a few minutes and be sure to test It on a non-sensitive area of skin before use. DO NOT BOIL! Repeat process as needed. You can also wrap the piece in an electric blanket.

For a cold experience, submerge your toy in a container of ice & water or place it in the refrigerator until it reaches the desired temperature.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐱 𝐭𝐨𝐲?

Warm soapy water (anti-bacterial is great) or rubbing alcohol...NO ABRASIVES! They are also dishwasher safe but please make sure the piece is secured because items can shift during a wash cycle due to the extreme water pressure, which could cause damage to your item. A quick soapy rinse or an alcohol wipe is much easier and uses less water. Be very careful, they are super slick when wet! Maybe wash it in a plastic container so it won't be damaged in case it slips out of your hand.
