I love this neutral colored set of pumpkins and the visitor that must like them too!

This primitive wool runner is really a fun additon to your fall decor. It looks great on any table and doesn't need alot of extra stuff around. It works well all on it's own! It can also go on the back of a couch/chair, on a counter or any other space that you can think of.

I used wool felt, that has been felted, for the background and the tongues of this runner. The pumpkins and flower are made from overdyed 100% wool in neutral colors. The crow is overdyed black wool with a button eye. I used shades of green and brown wool for the stems and leaves. The runner was stitched using a button hole stitch around the pumpkins, crow, flower and the outside of the runner. For the rest of the runner I used a primitive whip stitch, the stitches are slightly uneven in length for a more primitive look. All of the floss used coordinates with the runner. I put a neutral homespun on the back.

The runner measures 11 1/4 X 34 to the end of the tongues.

Thank you to S. West from buttermilk basin for the design.
