Lovely, working Smith Corona Clipper manual typewriter.

The "Clipper" model was made in the 1940's and the logo depicts a Boing B-314 flying boat.

The Smith Corona Clipper was considered the classic workhorse typewriter of its time and is still in fabulous working condition. It was well built and was the choice of many writers and typists for decades.

The previous owner of this particular machine didn't use it much and took exceptional care of it. It has been cleaned and lightly oiled (in the right places).

Lots of good ribbon left on the original spool, plus an extra universal new spool included.

Floating shift.

Really nice condition with some wear to the keys and some tiny paint chips near the carriage return. The logo letter "i" is worn on the lid.

Case included, with some scrapes, scuffs and rust on the handle hardware.

See photos for details. More photos available upon request.

I take packaging typewriters pretty seriously and it will come to you "mummified," double boxed and insured.
