These engraved pencils are amazing!! My children are delighted to have their names engraved on (especially those with names that aren't common on the souvenir shop items) and as a big family we all appreciate how it helps us keep track of each individuals' personal belongings. No more vuessing whose is whose or who left what out! When I had an issue the shop owners addressed it immediately and stayed on top of communication even when I dropped the ball. I'm so impressed with their business, both with their above and beyond customer service and the quality of their products. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I cannot recommend this shop enough!!!

The quality of these items is on point!;) Seriously though, the seller went above and beyond to bot only meet my expectations but also to exceed them. She didn't merely engrave pencils, she even added customizations to the boxes themselves and packaged them so beautifully. I am beyond thrilled with the results and my children love them!!

The seller went above and beyond to accomdate my requests and surpassed my expectations both with customer service and the product itself and every detail ibcluding the packaging!
