Now, on to the details regarding this listing:

Rocket Fuel: Morning Liftoff!

This old 1930s percolator has made a convincing transition into a blasting pot of the proverbial "rocket fuel."

This old beauty has been thoroughly cleaned and amended with NEW UL recognized electrical components.

There's a medium base (standard household) socket in the base of the percolator that holds a neon flame/flicker bulb meant to simulate rocket fire.

Inside the perc there's a candelabra base socket with a 7 watt blinking red bulb which lights the old glass dome in the lid, simulating the burning tip of the rocket as it blasts through the atmosphere.

The melmac cup and saucer are suspended by wire that has been curled to simulate steam and hides the electric cord which supplies the 7 watt neon bulb in a new candelabra socket.

Approximately 16"H x 17"W. All bulbs are included.

NOTE: This is an upcycled creation made from objects that had former service lives. There are minor scars and scratches in the finish. You are purchasing a bit of history that has been repurposed into a provocative piece of lamp art. THIS IS NOT A NEW LAMP.

Please be sure to read my shop policies before purchase.

SHIPPING: I currently use USPS Priority or Parcel Post. Shipping charges are based on most distant domestic zip code from Atlanta, GA. I charge actual shipping and refund any overpayment in excess of 1.50. Shipping charges are clearly printed on the package label for your reference.
