Tension Rings are really beautiful but there are issues with them. The natural tension can eventually pop out the stones. This ring has all the looks of a tension ring but I did not use the same technique meaning that you'll have a ring that is durable and will look good for many years to come. Perhaps you would even like this as a family heirloom.

Why would you purchase Palladium over White Gold? Most of you will have thought of white gold because of the fact that it is a precious metal. Gold is not a white metal, it is yellow. In order to make a white gold ring, a jeweler has to take pure gold and mix it with a white metal alloy like nickel. The last step in the process is that the piece of jewelry will be rhodium plated. This can wear off after time revealing the yellow gold underneath.

Palladium is a true naturally white precious metal that does not ever need to be rhodium plated. It will stay white forever. Because it contains no nickel, you do not have to worry about skin sensitivities. This ring is hypoallergenic. Palladium is 95% pure and are therefore much more precious than white gold.

The beautiful crystalline patterns within the Gibeon meteorites are known as Widmanstatten patterns and are unique to meteorites. These patterns only appear after millions of years of cooling down. There is literally nothing else on earth that has these characteristics and this is what makes this ring so incredibly special.

The ring pictured contains a Moissanite stone but this can be replaced with a diamond, sapphire or Cubic Zirconia. Perhaps you know the birthstone of your loved one and would like me to add this. Please just ask.

****Meteorites are almost never "perfect". Please expect that there might be small imperfections/marks/inclusions visible in the meteorite. Their imperfection makes them unique and beautiful. Meteorites are formed as they travel through space and millions of years later they may land on earth.
