Up for sale is a 4" long, Art Deco bar pin done in a rhodium or chromium plated base metal in a pierced, open design of Greek keys and accented with reverse set blue glass stones.

MARKINGS: It has the C style clasp and it looks like there could be writing but I cannot make it out. It may just be a design like the one on the sides that has what looks like a scroll and feather design.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: The brooch is quite long measuring 4" and is 1" wide at the widest point. There are 3 glass stones that are pointed on each side or reverse set in ornate bezel settings. It has the Greek key design on the front as well as a scroll and feather design on the sides. The 3 glass stones are pointed on each side and set in an ornate dogtooth bezel.

CONDITION: The condition is excellent but I did see one point on the blue glass that has a chip. There is also a nick in the silver metal on the same bezel. It is only noticeable when you're right on top of it it. The clasp is the original and is in very good working condition. There is some wear to the pin stem as well as the metal back that can be seen through a loupe and upon magnification. It could use a good cleaning as I have only given it a light one for photo purposes only and it is a bit tarnished.
