"Green Flutter"

This is a beautiful and painstakingly created by hand shell necklace with green bead accents to contrast the orange butterfly center-point. The 'butterfly' is actually a coquina shell found along the coast of NC and affixed to another local 'jingle' shell. If you want a natural and unique look, I promise no one on earth has this necklace because it has been made by me over the span of a year.

As with all pieces in this series, each shell is hand-picked by me (Caroline) from the coast of Carolina. They are then treated with a clear coat to protect them and add shine. The holes tunneled slowly by hand or by crab/mussel, (presumably) prior. Next, they are hand-arranged and affixed in beautiful and simple arrangements that can remind you of the beach year-round!

Wow your friend with natural beauty, while supporting an unemployed PhD scientist and North Carolina Native! :)
