A wonderful collection of four antique books including some classic titles in a range of green hues: dusky olive, greenish slate and pine tones. Sold for display and decoration. Publication dates range from circa 1896 to 1924. Chosen for the way they look together, these are also wonderful books to read and treasure!!

An instant vintage book collection!

They have minor flaws which are described below.

A lovely grouping of old books which have a beautiful warm glow of time and age and look gorgeous on a shelf or table.

1) "New Poems" by Stephen Phillips. John Lane Co., London, 1907. 1st U. S. Edition. A very lovely copy. Condition: A sprawling original owner's names in old blue ink on front fixed end-paper, and some penciled marks on flyleaf. Some minor edge and corner wear. Otherwise clean and well -preserved.

2) "High Tide: Songs of Joy and Vision from Present-Day Poets". Selected and arranged by Mrs. Waldo Richards. Houghton Mifflin, Boston, 1916. 3) "Chapters from a Life" by Elizabeth Stuart Phelps. Houghton Mifflin, Boston, 1896. With a beautiful frontispiece photograph of the author. Condition: Cloth covers have some rubbing and mild wear at spine and edges. Hinge is fragile in spots; opens widely. Interior is clean and unmarked.

4) "The Gentle Grafter" by O. Henry. Authorized Edition. Review of Reviews Co., 1918. Condition: A clean crisp copy showing only modest signs of use.
