Romantic Feminine Long Shawl Tunic Look Open Sides

This is a long, roomy beige* shawl made from vintage hand crochet. It features a long vintage crochet scarf which can be worn low, near the waist or up near the neck. I made a ribbon mauve and moss green flower pin for accent.

The crochet is loose and open to give an airy look and feel. The neck is finished. This poncho can be worn as a triangle, which gives length, or as a rectangle for a shorter look.

Wouldn't this be a lovely gift for someone who's ill? Cover up those ugly hospital gowns with something lovely, lacy and feminine.

If you are a plus size, I know it is hard to find things that are delicate, feminine and romantic looking. This shawl should be exactly that.

*The color looks pinkish but is really a medium rosy beige.

Pearls are not included.
