Francine is the two-faced doll we played with as a child. One way she is awake and the other side she is asleep. The pattern includes 3 outfits. She is approx 13 1/2" Tall.. 1950 era. Her hair is made of yarn, face is embroidered. Doll pattern is all one piece. What a nice gift this would make for your favorite granddaughter or niece.
