I have sold this quilt, but I can make it again - especially for you. Allow 2-3 weeks for completion.
Simple squares + simple sashing + simple borders + lavish quilting = one fabulous quilt. Forty two squares of GIVE THANKS, a Moda fabric line designed by Deb Strain, are set in sashings of pale honey marble which is completely quilted. The colors are rich and bright - pumpkin, gold, russet, chocolate, cream and green. The thread used to quilt the squares and borders is variegated red, orange, yellow and green. There is an oak leaf in each of the squares, except for one which has a heart - like a goodnight kiss. The narrow borders are a gold print with tiny oak leaf medallions. There is a quilted garland of aspen leaves. The wide border is pumpkin with cornucopeias and quilted with an open scroll. The binding is milk chocolate marble and the back is light tan. If you need a bright spot of autumn colors in your home, this quilt is perfect for you - across the back of a sofa, stair rail or even as a table cover. A few of the squares include a few words of thanksgiving.

This is a traditional block setting with sashing, PTL pattern #403, c. 2010
The quilt includes an easy care label.
