Another intriguing "pinch-pot" which is my classification of this type of ceramic.

A "pinch pot" to me, as a potter in the early '60', was usually a small piece, made to check glazes. This is more than that, but close, and exactly why I collected it for my Museum. It is unsigned and unpretentious. I've always collected things like this because they have "innocent art" power, which is often stunning to me for its "masterful" simplicity, if you will. Pure right brain work. It's been in the Museum forever but I can't remember where I got it. As a lifelong "horder"I have untold boxes of stuff in sheds I have barely opened. Going on 72, I just don't remember where some of this stuff came from any more. Sorry.
