Lavendar grown along our front porch was made into a "tea" and added to fresh organic New Mexico apricots, well water and pure sugar. No pectin used, as I do not like the amount of sugar needed when using pectin.
An 8oz jelly jar with top wound in avacado raffia, makes it ready for gift giving. 6 jars left in this batch. On your morning toast, crackers and cheese, ice cream, or fill for cookies...it's good so many ways.
My products are made from organically grown fruits and vegetables I grow myself. More being added daily as my garden progresses, and I create foods to share with my family, friends and you. We keep chickens of all sorts, ducks, and are dedicated to repurposing, recycling, and reusing materials. Our birds provide us with wonderful compost for our raised beds where we grow our fruits and veggies in. The 3rd photo is from my kitchen counter where I am processing all this wonderful food.
I realize the price of shipping is high. If I find a cheaper way, or you know of another way to get heavy glass jars to you without breaking, share it with me. Happy to work with you.
**The last picture is of our hen chillin' on a 100 degree day in our pool. Chickens are good swimmers, and most love the water. Hehe.
