Absolutely gorgeous vintage Swedish linen embroidery with wisdoms words in blue.
"Det bästa vi har är varandra"
(the best we have are each other)

Even though it is not very old the style is typical of Swedish wall hanging
embroideries from the art nouveau period.

Embroidered on fine grey/beige linen and well made satin stitches.
The yarn is variegated and gives an extra touch to this embroidery.

There are no specific rings for hanging .
But it is easy to use small pins or why not frame it.
Photo no 5 shows a sample of a framed embroidery in the same style.

It can of course be used as a tablecloth if one prefers that.

Approximate size 23.62 " x 12.99" ( 60 x 33 cm )

Good to know !!
I believe this is in very good condition. But there are a few minor spots as
seen after the last letter and there are tiny holes at the upper hemline from
stitches used to hang it.

I can of course provide you with more photos.
