Lovely black lace cocktail dress from the 1960's. This shift style dress has a drop waist and a full, pouf mermaid skirt. The skirt has two layers of tulle underneath to give it stiffness. The lining of the dress is black silk with a soft black lace overlay. There are four lace covered buttons attached to the lace up the back and a metal zipper up the back of the silk.

This dress was designed by the famous Ceil Chapman and labeled under her "Miss Winston" label.
