This is a set of four small size, semi-gloss finish poster prints of four of my award-winning female eye illustrations. The originals were completed in 1999 as part of a series of sixteen 3" x 3" mixed media female eyes. They have been digitally scanned and professionally printed. Each print measures 11.25" x 11.5". Certificate of authenticity with artist signature is also included. Framing is not necessary, but recommended to preserve the quality of the prints. Payment for items that are currently for sale may be made directly through Etsy. All forms of payment except personal checks are currently accepted. Custom orders usually require a minimum of 50% down to start, and the remaining 50% will be billed upon completion and confirmation of customer approval. The seller can negotiate price, arrange payment methods, and be in regular contact with you throughout the custom order process.

All items will be shipped and tracked via USPS (regular postal mail) unless otherwise requested. In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment clearance and you will receive a shipping notification including the shipping and tracking details of your purchase. Temporarily out-of-stock items are usually ready to ship in less than 2 weeks.
FREE USPS SHIPPING, HANDLING, & TRACKING ON ORDERS $50+: If your items are being shipped within the United States, simply add items totaling $50 or more (after shop discounts or coupon codes are applied) and check out! RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because the costs described above vary from sale to sale, the costs of returns and exchanges will also be determined on a case-by-case basis. It will not be possible to reimburse 100% of the total purchase price due to the irrecoverable costs of seller's fees, transaction fees, safe shipping materials (if not reusable), and postage. If the item(s) you are returning is/are received damaged or otherwise not in their original condition, I may not be able to refund any percentage of the original purchase price.
All Sale, Clearance, Gift Certificate, and custom order sales are final. Sale, Clearance, Gift Certificate, and custom order items are non-refundable.
I want you to be happy with your purchase! I am a perfectionist and strive to ensure that my pieces are in excellent condition prior to photographing and listing them for sale. If I wouldn't be 100% happy with it myself, I wouldn't sell it! I use only the highest quality fine art supplies and I hand-pick my canvases and frames to ensure that they are flawless. I do not purchase supplies that are of poor quality or that are not in perfect condition to begin with. However, if you still feel that something is wrong with an item you have received, send it back and I will fix it and re-send it to you at no additional charge!

Q: What I want is not pictured here or anywhere in your shop. How exactly does the custom order process work?
A: You have an idea that you want to come to life, and you want to know if I can do it, so you send me your ideas and questions either via the Request Custom Order button or by e-mail to artistjessicalynn [!at] yahoo.com. Within 48 hours, my response will let you know if I can do it and how I can do it! If you like how that sounds, from there we will move into discussions about how much your project will cost, how much time it will take, how much shipping and handling might cost, and so on. I will likely require at least 50% down in order to start the project (unless you wish to pay more), and once you have approved of the completed project, you can pay any remaining balance owed - I do this by creating reserved listings just for you and sending you the links to them, which you simply click on, add to your cart, and pay for just like any other item you purchase on Etsy! Throughout the entire process, I will be periodically sending you messages and photographs that update you on the progress of the project and show you how it is coming along. You may provide me with some additional direction based on your preferences and/or I may ask your opinion on certain details - I might be the artist, but I consider you to be the boss and want you to be satisfied!
Q: I just realized that you give out coupon codes on social media and offer free shipping on orders over $50, but I've commissioned you to fulfill a custom order for me. Can I use a coupon code and get free shipping even though we already agreed on the cost?
A: In most cases, no. The reason for this is that I am already likely to charge you the lowest possible price for your custom job! I enjoy creating creating personalized, unique artwork that is more personally valuable than something that is mass-produced, and I understand that original artwork already costs more than mass-produced items, so I am not in the business of trying to get extra money just because I "can" - I value repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals more than overestimating financial value and taking advantage of potential customers who may not know very much about art.
Q: I get that you want to make sure you don't underestimate or overestimate shipping costs, but why do all of your items under $50 also say the shipping is $0? What's up with that, and how can I avoid paying for something that I might not want to pay too much shipping for?
A: Despite Etsy's wonderful, continued efforts to make the marketplace a more seamless, user-friendly experience, the site-wide shipping options are often not as useful to sellers who have items that greatly vary in size and weight in their shops. Such sellers are forced to either underestimate shipping costs and pay for the difference themselves, or, if they cannot afford to do so, grossly overestimate shipping costs and then refund the difference to their buyers. I do not agree with either of these methods, but Etsy seller listings currently do not give sellers the option to completely remove shipping cost fields and insert a different shipping policy instead, so I must set the fields to zero, giving some listings the misleading appearance that their shipping is free. I make my best effort to compensate for this by stating my shipping policies clearly in each of my listings, everywhere that my shop policies appear, and in automatic order confirmation e-mail notifications, but because there is still potential for error, I do allow buyers to cancel and get refunds for orders that have not been shipped. Also, if you prefer to know ahead of time exactly how much the item(s) you want will cost to ship to your exact location, you can contact me ahead of time and provide me with your address and the items you wish to purchase to request a quote!
