This scarf was dyed using a technique known as itajime shibori or board clamping. This scarf is made from Habotai silk and was dyed used a hot water bath.

This scarf took its inspiration from the Small White or "Cabbage" Butterfly. Known for its creamy white and black tipped body this scarf also adds in a subtle blue veining. Unlike the Cabbage Butterfly, you will never be mistaken for a moth in this lovely Habotai silk scarf.

This is a one of a kind scarf and it will never be duplicated, so grab it before its gone. You can lightly launder this scarf and hang it to dry.
