This hand forged kitchen utility/petty is forged from an antique lumbermill sawblade. Differentially hardened, well tapered, and quite thin, this is a tough knife with good cutting efficiency and edgeholding. The hidden-tang octagonal handle is made from reclaimed zebrawood and water buffalo horn. This knife is very light and precise, with striking texture and coloration. The carbon steel blade has a mustard pre-patina on it. Check out our lifetime warranty and free sharpening at www.bloodrootblades.com.

Blade (tip to heel): 5 1/8" long, 1 3/8" max depth

Overall: 10 1/2"
