Vintage Bank Locking Safe Coin Bank

Here is a nice vintage mechanical miniature safe coin bank. This little safe was made by SAVE MASTER CORP of L.A (unknown age but is likely 1950's). The entire bank is made from metal. On the inside of the door are instructions for setting the bank. The door can be set to open at different coin totals. The dial numbers can only be triggered by Quarters, nickels and dimes (pennies will not be tallied).

This bank is in vintage condition with scratches, nicks, and other signs of wear. The "Save Master" on front is barely readable. By following the directions printed on the inside of the door, you can set the bank to open when you reach a certain amount saved. Once you shut the door it will not open until you reached the set amount. I was having trouble getting it to work every time. I'm not sure if I was following the directions properly or not, but I did eventually get it to work a couple of times.

The bank measures approx. 4 1/2" H x 4 1/2" W x 3" D
