Antique chromolithograph of the restoration of the paintings of the Saint Chapelle in Paris, by French architect Felix Duban. Rich gold background with botanical decorations. This antique print was published in a French journal of architecture in 1856, a year after the ending of the restoration works.

La Sainte-Chapelle (The Holy Chapel) is the only surviving building of the Capetian royal palace on the Île de la Cité in the heart of Paris, France. It is a Gothic church built in the 13th. Century.

The chapel was heavily damaged during the French revolution and restored in the 19th century.

In great condition. Paper is heavy weight and excellent quality. The plate is spotless.
