We make every effort to offer outstanding customer service. However, please understand that we are a custom-made shop and that everything we make is made-to-order. Even if your item isn't personalized, it is still a custom-made product. There are NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS on orders. PLEASE NOTE OUR PUBLISHED PRODUCTION SCHEDULE. Nothing is stocked so if you order something thinking it is a stock item and expect it to ship in a day or so and then decide to cancel, you are still liable for payment. If we've purchased labels or other items on behalf of your order, we must charge you for those purchases.

Our policy is to replace if an error has been made on our part or an item has been damaged in transit. Please remember that we are a small business and respectfully request a timely response (within 1 week of receipt) to any damages or mistakes.

PLEASE try to purchase your party supply items as early as possible. While we may ship your item within our posted time frame, other conditions such as weather or postal holidays can delay the delivery of your package. Please note that if we ship your item within our published time frame, ship with the proper postage and shipping service, we are not responsible for packages that do not arrive in time for your event. Refunds will not be given for any items that arrive late due to postal service or other carrier delays. PayPal charge-backs are not honored for packages that have been delivered but that arrive late.

Lead times for all items are GENERALLY 5-8 business days. Large order lead times are longer. If you need your order within 10 business days of receipt of purchase, please purchase the RUSH listing in addition to your regular listing. If you change your SHIP TO address with us after you have placed your order, the official shipping confirmation may not contain the new address. By tracking your package you can easily follow it's progress. If the information on tracking is incomplete, you can call your local Post Office for a more real-time update. Unless we are responsible for your shipment arriving late (i.e., late shipping beyond 5-8 business days, incorrect postage for the needed date) you are responsible for any claims. Our cups, wooden utensils, scoops, favor boxes and plates are not printed directly onto the item. They are labels that are carefully adhered to each product. As such, slight imperfections are sometimes present. We will not ship any product that we deem to be second-rate. However, they are hand-assembled and may not conform to every buyer's notion of an ideal product. We want you to be completely pleased with your purchase and think we have a unique and one-of-a-kind product line to offer our customers. If you aren't happy with any potential imperfection, we would rather you not purchase our product than be disappointed and end up leaving bad feedback or are silently disappointed.. By in large our customers love our products but not every customer is the right fit for every shop and products. If, for some reason, you receive your product and feel it goes beyond the boundaries of what we have described here as unacceptable, PLEASE contact us first before leaving negative feedback or not contacting us at all.

Almost all of the items in our shop are made-to-order. Production times vary depending on the size of the order but are at least 5-8 business days (Monday-Friday). If an order is received with incomplete information, this may delay the production time of your order. Orders with additions may be delayed in production. Holidays that fall on business days may also increase production lead time. If you have a specific event date, please let us know in the Notes to Seller area at checkout. Orders purchased and needed within 10 business days of purchase will require a rush charge at an additional $5 charge. IMPORTANT: Unless you have purchased an instant download, your files may be sent to you via our file sending service. We use this service because it is impossible and impractical to hold onto custom files indefinitely. Files do expire. The expiration date will be noted when your file is sent. Please do not wait until the last minute to view or save your files. If your files have expired, we have no way of retrieving them for you. If you delete a custom file or have your file expire and request a resend, it is the same as purchasing any product and throwing it away. A new order must be placed for a resend.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on anything other than our mistakes with production. Shipments that arrive late due to circumstances outside our control are not eligible for refunds.

Computer monitors vary greatly in the colors that a customer sees. Our printed pieces may differ from the color you see on your computer screen. If you do not provide us with a color number from our color chart, the color choice will be at our discretion. The only way to ensure your color is satisfactory to you prior to your receiving your order is to request a printed color sample. Please contact us through a conversation to discuss this option.
