Although this hand made fertility figure bears a resemblance to the Venus of Willendorf, this sculpture is actually based on a ivory figurine found at a paleolithic site in Kostienki, Russia. There were several venus figurines found at this site and this particular one happened to be holding a set of prayer beads, though some scholars debate if it is a representation of a rope. The original is missing her head, so I've made a generic paleolithic head for her because I don't like to sell faux 'broken'/headless goddesses.

She stands 5.5 inches high and is 2.5 inches at her widest point. Each figurine is individually hand made, imperfections are to be expected and no two sculptures are alike and can never be reproduced to the exact same effect. They are one of a kind and unique.
