This one has a bright red orange cover, lots of detailed pictures within, step by step instructions in how to go about developing your own practice of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise, something most Chinese still do every day. Many workplaces have a time set aside to do these exercises which enhance balance, a feeling of good energy, and support fitness.

Even the Mayo Clinic says that Tai Chi connects mind and body, can be done at one's own pace,
and the possible one hundred movements have been called "meditation in motion."
