Found this at an estate sale on the California coast. It is a chalkware base, very obviously homemade. It is 6 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches tall.It is built of shells, including one sunk into the base for a holy water font.

The centerpiece is a plastic rosary with a metallic Jesus figure. But the real magic happens when you plug it in and the vintage bright blue light bulb works its disco magic. Seriously, if you like religious stuff, tramp art, kitsch and things that will embarrass your parents (or in my case, your children) then this is the piece for you.
