After purchase, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews (http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases).
In case you purchased as a "guest", you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links.
Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile phone or tablet does not allow download functionality. You can still download your files to your device, but you have to open your Etsy account in your device's internet browser and navigating to "You" > 'Purchases and Reviews'.
Your files are available immediately after purchase via a dropbox download link. you do not need a dropbox account to download your files.
