Simplicity 3757 is a vintage dress pattern combining 1960s chic with curve-enhancing elegance! The dress pattern features a lowered neckline with center front opening, above-elbow-length raglan sleeves and back zipper closing. It may be made with a self-fabric front trim, full four gore skirt and self fabric or purchased belt, or with a contrasting detachable neck and sleeve trim, slim skirt with soft pleats at the front waistline, back kick pleat and self-fabric belt with bow.

Printed in the early 1960s, the envelope has edge wear, foxing, a partial flap and heavy creasing; the cut pattern is complete with instructions. Sized for petites, measurements are given as:

Bust 41"
Waist: 35"
Hip: 45"
Back length: 16 1/4"
Finished length: 44"
