They are 100% real decoden cases made with real silicone which is chemically safe for you to handle, Uk regulated and COSH certified. I handcolour each cream using cosmetics grade colourants. I never the unregulated inferior quality cream glues/decoden cream/fake whipped cream which are pre made in China and aren’t real silicone. Full of unknown chemicals and aren’t temperature stable. Unfortunately used on most decoden cases. Every case is lovingly handmade by me especially for you using the highest quality materials and is waterproof . Made onto PC cases (never tpu/silicone/flexible ones) to create the best product.

Sometimes I need to adapt designs or replace charms in order to fit on your case and accommodate different sizes/camera holes. You will always get a packed design

Base cases
Most are full clip cases which snap on and off the phone. I use the best quality one’s available to buy and not the partial clips. Some older models are partial clips. . I can also obtain extra protective bumper cases for most models. These have a cushioned bumper and offer an extra level of protection. If you’d like one please message as there’s a small additional charge.

If your case model isn’t listed a message before buying is essential . Please don’t select “other case” and buy before messaging. Orders will be automatically refunded. I can’t always obtain certain models or makes in the polycarbonate form. If I can a supplement fee is applied. MUST be agreed before buying,

Background colours
You can pick the background colour for FREE, add a note on purchase💕🔥. If there is no note I will make as pictured. I now have high sparkle glitter topping that can be added for FREE. Some cases get this automatically as they’re part of the design but please add a note if you want the fairies to dance on your case😉

I now also offer Pearl and glitter cream. Please message for details. All creams are hand coloured by me and high sparkle cosmetic grade glitters are used for the top dusting to maximise the sparkle factor. I get the glitters imported especially for their high sparkle finish. Most glitter does not bond to silicone well….mine does as it’s super fine…not a glitter that looks like specks if not hitting the light.

What is a decoden Cases?
Decoden is the art of piping liquid coloured silicone onto phone cases. When wet, I set charms into it (most charms are handmade by myself using moulds) . When the silicone sets it is solid and acts as a strong glue, securing the charms, creating a design. I use hard cases. Silicone/tpu (bendy Cases) are not suitable for decoden. They produce a poor quality product. These are fashion cases and not designed to protect your phone.

I want something different to a set design
I offer a custom design service. I try my best to keep this service open but sometimes due to order volume I’m unable to accept commissions. Each request is considered on an individual basis as the designs are based around What I can source. Prices vary depending on what you’d like. These are sold through prior message only.

Prices
I offer piped silicone/coloured cream only for £14.99 . This is a case with the background cream on only (no charms). this is ordered as silicone /cream has an interesting texture and is a stress reliever. Great for those with sensory issues (I have worked a lot in this field). Full set designs are £49+ Uk pounds

Shipping.
International orders outside of the Uk (England) are sent out with free tracking. Uk is second class but can be upgraded at checkout. They are carefully packaged and leave me in pristine condition. Shipping is charged at exact cost to me. Once shipped I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.. No refunds given for lost or damaged untracked orders. No exchanges offered on any case if wrong model ordered as every case is made especially for each buyer. Please fully check case model and select or enter into the notes.

Shop policies
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom made cases. Due to the handmade nature of cases there maybe small imperfections. These are normal and part of handmade. I work to the highest standard possible and I am a very experienced decoden artist having sold several thousand cases to date. But please remember every single charm and case is made by me by hand. So expect slight variations in colours and end finished results. I make as close to pictured designs as possibly but please DO NOT expect identical copies. I have to work around different case sizes where I sometimes need to adapt designs to fit. You will get the pictured charms (they’re not allocated at random like most sellers) but sometimes adaptations are needed. If there’s a big adaption needed I will message to discuss it . Please see my shop polices for details on all aspects of buying. They comply with all Etsy’s policies and selling lawNot all cases fit free camera pearls due to camera sizes. If this applies to your case the camera area will be left blankPlease note minor imperfections may include things like tiny chips/scatche’s on the charms which form in resin casting due to micro air bubbles forming in the degassing stage of the cure. There maybe slight imperfections in the piping of the cream as it’s all done individually by hand.
