Set of four Christmas elves, each sitting on a pine cone. One holds a stocking, another a small brush tree--very festive group! Composition faces, pipe cleaner arms and legs, the pine cones have glitter and white paint to simulate snow. Made in Japan, typical of the post war period.

Two sit on round paper bases (each of which are marked 'Japan'), the other two have no bases but have little chenille loops in their hats from which you can tie a ribbon and hang them on your tree.

Each measures about 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 inches high.

Overall condition is ok. A couple of the hats are a little squished, the mushrooms on two are missing some of their red finish and one mushroom appears to be missing; other general wear.
