Rice bags, also known as hot/cold packs or therapy bags, are great for sore muscles or achy pains. They are much better than your regular ice pack since these don't get hard and stiff when frozen. Place in the freezer for a couple of hours for an amazing ice pack or pop it in the microwave for up to an hour of moist heat.

For uses of rice bags, please message me! :)

1. Place your bag in the center of the microwave.
2. Warm the bag in 1 minute increments, until the bag is to your desired warmth. ****WARNING!**** Bag could be extremely hot. Handle with care! Also, monitor the bag at all times while heating, as some microwaves can cause fires!
3. Shake the bag around to mix the rice and make sure it's not too hot and won't burn, especially when using on a child.

Place your bag in the freezer to create a cold pack. It is great as a cold pack, since it won't be hard, and forms to your problem area!

(PLEASE REMEMBER: A rice bag should never be used in substitution of a real doctor when serious health conditions occur.)
