Charming 1930s necklace features a mix of early plastic and natural elements - with carved wooden leaves and acorns (most likely Walnut) that dangle from a linked celluloid chain. The chain is translucent with brown swirls which gives it a tortoise shell appearance. The findings (rings and clasp) are brass. The clasp features a stamped/impressed floral design; it's simple in style yet fully functional.

Necklace measures 14 1/2". Dangling leaves and acorns measure 1 1/4" and 1" respectively.

Condition details: Very good condition. Celluloid chain is in excellent condition. Acorns and leaves are in very good condition with only very slight, character building wear - but no cracks, stains, or previous repairs can be found. Brass findings have mellowed with age but can be polished if new owner desires. I recommend keeping them mellow because it lends to the beauty of this simplistic vintage piece.
