What if there is an issue with my order?

Please let me know on Etsy messaging. If there is something wrong or missing, I will fix it. I only ask that you let me know within a reasonable time (1-3 days) of receiving your order that there is problem. - Thanks!

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

If you message me on Etsy and the order has not shipped, I will be able to cancel/change/refund the order. If it has shipped, there is unfortunately nothing I can do.

When will my order ship?

Most, if not all orders will ship the same or next business day depending on what time I receive them. This does not apply from late November- December. Please refer to the processing and arrival estimates calculated on my site by Etsy.

Can I get faster shipping?

If you need a faster service than USPS 1st class or USPS Priority Mail, please send me a message in the order notes, or contact me in advance of ordering so I can look up the cheapest/best option. I will send you a special payment link to pay for difference for the service you need to get your order in time.

Can I use or link to the pictures in this shop to sell my products?

Of course not! I personally take all the photos you see here - but feel free to link to my listings on Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media.

What if my order is returned to Totally Shoe Charms?

Occasionally orders are returned to me due to an address error. When this happens I will contact you via Etsy chat and request a good address. If I hear back within a week, I will re-ship the order at my cost. If I don't hear back within a week, I will refund the cost of the order, less shipping.
