2 Vintage stoneware crocks for sour dough starter, butter, cheese, preserves ect.

One is a dark brown, the other a little lighter brown, more of a dark carmel color.
Both have bale handles with a locking mechanism to secure the lid to the bottom of crock.

Lighter brown crock, 4" tall. 13 1/4" circumference. Holds about 18 ounces of liquid or a little over one pint.
Dark brown crock, 3 1/2" tall, 10 3/4" circumference. Holds about 10 ounces of liquid or around 3/4 of a pint.

Very good vintage condition, bales are in good working condition, no cracks. The smaller crock has some surface scrff marks on one side, they are dark patches. This crock also has one very tiny chip in the brown glaze.
