This is a 1 inch scale Duracraft Dollhouse. The Newburg.

This dollhouse was completed for 8 and 10 year old girls.

This was a gift to these girls and their mother who I met at the FREEDOM MARKET in Kelso, WA.

We furnished the house full of furniture and left everything loose except the kitchen and bath
for play.

Exterior done in stone fleck to look like stucco. roof trimmed in REAL asphalt shingles that are salt/pepper
Brick foundation embossed paper from Spain

Interior lined in lux wallpaper as GIRLY as we could with the use of Pink, Silver, Butterflies, all while keeping the dollhouse as Modern
as possible.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this. It is a beautiful piece of art. The details are meticulous and beautiful. Much attention was paid to the building of this replica. The packaging was nice everything was secured to ensure no damage. Would highly recommend this seller and will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

This is wonderful !!! Arrived in a specially made box to securely hold the base down, so it did not move. That means so much, if it wasn't it would have been a mess !! So very pleased to see the seller took that much care. The display is Awesome! when t is lit at night it looks wonderful, the workmanship is excellent, nothing was left out. I am VERY happy and so pleased about everything. It was described exactly Lots of fun this Halloween! Thanks so much
