This listing includes a great old Depression era Hoosier Sugar Shaker, a vintage sugar container, restaurant style, plus a vintage mystery tool. The smaller container measures 4 1/4 x 2 inches and has an unpainted top with a wonderful patina. The larger container is marked USA on the bottom, measures 5 1/2 x 3', and the glass is tinted a blue/green color. Unfortunately, someone painted the top green, but it is the original chrome underneath and could be stripped. As for the mystery tool, if anyone has any idea what it is, please convo me because I have no idea but it is interesting. The shaker is great for making cinnamon toast...just mix the sugar and cinnamon together right in the shaker. These are wonderful collectables for a farmhouse chic kitchen. And for a practical use, they make great string holders.
