Beautifully styled Danecraft sterling silver sailboat pin has wonderful details. With a single mast, sails unfurled, wavy flags, and lively water below, it looks like it’s in an America’s Cup Race. It is marked “STERLING” and “STERLING ® DANECRAFT” on an oval cartouche, c. late 1940’s- early 1950’s. It is in excellent vintage condition with expected wear from age and use.

Danecraft was founded in the U.S. in 1934 by Victor Primavera and James Felch, and was known for its quality sterling silver jewelry. His many successful designs included realistic figurals, and this is a lovely example.
