I really love this design; a blend of traditional Egyptian motifs with industrial design elements. This is a steampunk companion to my Industrial Anubis; "Industrial Bast", cat goddess of dancing and music.

It is made from one piece of 8oz leather, hand carved & shaped without molds or forms, then dyed & painted with colorfast acrylics in black and "verdigris" (aged bronze simulated paint effect, with green, aqua and bronze tones). The mask is sealed with a clear-coat acrylic & is water resistant & safe to wear in any weather.

Then I augmented and decorated it with real brass clock parts, securely bolted and cemented to the piece. Please use care when handling; some of the parts have sharp edges. Not meant for children.

The mask comes with a black synthetic para cord with sliding black plastic cord clasp, for wearing. It also has a soft suede loop attached on the inside, for displaying the mask on your wall.

The fifth picture is an example of a similar mask being worn. It is not an image of the mask that is for sale, but only a demonstration of size and fit for this design. Photographer/model; Beki Stilborn. The first four pictures show the actual mask that you will receive. Beaded collar not included.

Signed, dated, numbered original; this is "Industrial Bast, Version #5"
