This milk glass container was made by Fire King. It has three different colored stripes fired-on the outside. The lid lifts off easily. This container was made to hold grease, but I would use it as a small cookie jar.

Both container and lid are in near perfect condition - look unused! No chips, cracks or stains. Stripes are in perfect condition. The only thing I could see was one tiny flea bite (white dot) on the lid.

Measurements: 6" tall (with lid on), mouth is 5.625" diameter

*Listed for $50 - $55 on page 172 of "Kitchen Glassware of the Depression Years", Seventh Edition, by Cathy & Gene Florence.*
