What you kept was part of a thank you gift for buying and keeping the order and all items included should have been returned if you were not satisfied with the order, which was as described and pictured with wear and tear, but is very much authentic, with a genuine leather Fendi seal that also suffered some wear amd tear sadly, but that is why it is so much more discounted than other vintage Fendi purses and handbags. Despite all that we have going on including the work that goes into our small business and animal rescue, we ship all of our items ASAP. Etsy keeps track of our shipping. We are required to enter tracking number when we complete the order. This item was not late but was shipped within Etsy's standards.
