SHOPATLUXE does not accept returns, due to hygiene issues. However, if an item is broken during shipment, please return it and it will be replaced with an undamaged item. Due to hygiene issues, ShopAtLuxe policy indicates that no returns will be issued. If you receive an item damaged during shipping, please contact us to see if a repair is possible. The USPS offers Shipping Insurance, which must be purchased prior to your item being shipped. For the best way to ensure a damage free shipment, please contact us via email before you place your order. We will be able to add USPS Insurance to your invoice. USPS will then be liable for any damage that is incurred during the shipping process.
