This jewelry box is made from 3 different beautiful wood pieces that were salvaged from our local city compost site. The drawer fronts are bookmatched figured maple, the body is from a spalted/insect visited boxelder tree, and the back is aromatic red cedar.
The lower drawers are flocking lined and have various size compartments. The upper drawers are sanded and finished, but otherwise remain original with insect art intact!
Outer dimensions: Height: 9.5", Width: 9", Depth: 5.5". There are a total of 14 compartments.
The box is finished with several coats of catylized lacquer which gives a "wow" smoothness.
Beauty with function.
