This is a grand piece of historical furniture: a huge, even massive file cabinet, 10 drawers on one side, 9, with a larger one at the bottom, on the other. It is in very good condition, with just a few dings and dents that one would expect after so many years of use. It was used in an old clock repair store near where I live. The maker is stamped in brass on each cabinet (see pics), and all the hardware is brass. There are dividers in every drawer. But it doesn't have to be used for files. It would be great for an artist to keep supplies in, for lingerie, for anything that requires many separate drawers. It is an incredibly beautiful piece. 27" deep. 51 1/2" tall. 30 1/2" wide.

For shipping, I recommend TSC Movers. Tell them the piece will originate at zip code 01096. They are excellent at handling antiques and offer reasonable rates.
