This gold-trimmed dinner or luncheon plate has a blue clover design and on its underside has a blue Idris mark of W.H. Grindley, circa 1910, England.

Flow Blue china was made from the early 1800s until just after the turn of the century. Since the 1700s, English pottery makers had tried to copy Chinese porcelain which exhibited many characteristics of what was to become known as Flow Blue.

It has beautiful rich color only found in authentic flow blue pieces. It is about 8" in diameter, and displays beautifully. Flow blue pieces are increasingly difficult to find and this piece is priced well in pristine condition.

These pieces date from 1914-1925, and are in excellent condition with only light surface wear and gold loss, from a Connecticut estate.

I have several of these in different sizes, pls convo me if you want another, or several.
This is from my private collection.

this listing is for one plate 6" in diameter
