Swarovski has stopped offering jewelry crystal as of September 1st 2021. I have purchased plenty, but I will eventually run out. After that point I will resort to other crystal, glass, or acrylic stones.

Please be aware that not all manufacturers have the same sizing. Please compare the measurement of your existing plugs with a caliper before purchasing. This will ensure that you get a size that will fit you.

While we have extensively tested all of our products.. coming in contact with water, work outs, sleeping in our jewelry, and other activities are -not- recommended, ignoring this suggestion COULD severely impact the life of your treasures.

We have a 4-8 business day processing time on all orders ( unless it is steampunk ). This is the time it takes us to create your beautiful handmade treasures, in addition to the transit time. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Choosing a faster shipping method does not in any way change the 4-8 day time frame it will take me to create your item. If you have *any* questions or concerns about your order at any time, please message me!

Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class and includes tracking on orders both international and domestic. I do offer affordable FedEx and upgrade shipping options at check out as well.

International buyers are responsible for any fees imposed by their government or customs. Transit times for international orders varies by the amount of time it takes the item to clear customs. There is no way to estimate how long this will take to be delivered to your country. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks. ( If you would like a shipping method with a guaranteed delivery time - please message me! ).

Our clear plugs are all 100% handmade with a jewelers grade resin using our own handmade silicone molds. I personally formulated these because I cannot wear steel or acrylic plugs. To date we have not had any allergic reactions reported and they might be a good alternative if you have extremely sensitive skin.

Please be aware that ALL 316L tunnels contain small mounts of nickel.

Both our clear and black o-rings may contain rubber or silicone. I order from more than one supplier, and some do not disclose the exact composition of the o-ring though generally black is rubber and clear is silicone.

All of our jewelry is for healed ears only. We do not use genuine gemstones, or precious metals.

I can absolutely make any style in the store in either a screw back or a double flare style as a custom order. Please message me for processing times and the cost to upgrade to any of these options. ( pricing differs by size )

Just about anything in the store can be made into regular earrings as well as plugs! So if you're in a bridal party we can customize you bridal package so that everyone in the bridal party can wear the same thing and everyone will match and no one will know the difference!

We comply with all regulations set forth by the Department of Health. Body jewelry is considered an intimate item as they are inserted into your body. For health and sanitary purposes I do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our jewelry is brand new and unworn, and we make sure to stand by this statement.

It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the right size/gauge. We do not handle returns or exchange for plugs that were not ordered in the correct size. Broken or items damaged in transit are handled on a case by case basis; it must be reported within 14 days.

Every order ships in a polyurethane weather resistant mailer; most jewelry is ready to gift in a square or heart keepsake tin with an alcohol swab included.
