In late summer a hint of autumn appears in the air, and treasure hunters start dreaming of venturing into the forests in search of gold - golden chanterelles that is, along with some other tasty morsels sprouting up from the forest floor. The chanterelle and the porcini (or king bolete) are prized for their supreme flavour and favourite picking spots are guarded carefully by mushroom hunters. Morels are more of a spring mushroom, but equally esteemed in wild mushroom foraging circles. This trio here are not quite as tasty, but will last a lot longer in your home. Linen, cotton and silk, some naturally dyed, is carefully hand stitched and stuffed with locally sourced wool fleece or bamboo batting. Whether you are a mushroom forager or not, this trio will remind you of towering forests and the treasures to be found within them.

These items are hand stitched and one of a kind. The morel and porcini measure 5" long, and the chanterelle 3.5".

All items are made and stored in a smoke free / pet free home.
