Overseas shipping times

I ship all parcels from the UK using Royal Mail. Standard Shipping is 2nd class, large letter delivery on all orders. Unfortunately the Royal Mail does not provide tracking numbers with this option, so no tracking number will be provided. An upgrade for tracked shipping is available at the checkout. This option will allow me to provide a tracking number once your order has shipped. I cannot provide an exact arrival date for your order. If you are ordering from a country outside of the UK, please allow up to three weeks for your order to arrive. (15 business days, not including weekends and bank holidays) and up to four weeks during peak seasons such as Christmas. However I do find that orders most often arrive a little faster than this

Can I swop the stickers in a pack to make a custom set?

So here's a question I get asked quite a lot.... 'Can I swop stickers in one of the packs to make a custom sticker pack?' And the answer is yes! Of course ☺️ if you'd like to buy one of my sticker bomb packs but it doesn't include the exact stickers you want, just leave me a message with your order to let me know which ones you'd prefer! I can swop out as many as you like for different ones.

Yes! I try to keep waste to an absolute minimum wherever possible within my business. All off cuts, test prints, paper waste is recycled in my own home recycling bin. I also use the cardboard packaging from all my business deliveries as extra packaging to reinforce your print orders, by cutting it into A5 and A4 card sheets. All off cuts from boxes are also recycled. I try to use a minimum of plastic in my packaging, and instead use card and paper shipping envelopes that can be recycled.

Please ensure that both art prints and stickers are displayed away from constant direct sunlight. Although I use high quality products and inks in the making of all products, unfortunately the UV in sunlight can still fade colours quite quickly. For long term care of colours in prints and stickers, I advise keeping direct sunlight exposure to a minimum. Vinyl Stickers- Stickers are intended for indoor use only on items such as laptops, journals and notepads. These stickers are not for use on windows or as car decals. Although they are coated for scratch and moisture protection, they are not intended for outdoor use or heavy exposure to the elements. Please keep away from strong and constant direct sunlight to ensure colours stay bright

Can I use my sticker outside or on my vehicle

No. It’s is not advised. These are handmade art stickers, not mass produced factory stickers. Outdoor use especially exposure to strong sunlight, will cause the inks to be lifted and the colour to be removed from stickers. These stickers are intended for indoor use only on items such as laptops and notepads

I think my package is lost, when can I request a replacement or refund?

If your package has taken longer than the expected estimate to arrive, I am always happy to discuss replacing or refunding your order. For UK mail, your package may be considered as ‘lost’ by Royal Mail if it has taken more than 21 business days to arrive with you. For international mail, your package may be considered ‘lost’ if 32 business days have passed since shipping. Once these dates have passed I am able to provide a refund, or replace your order at no cost to yourself. Please contact me directly on Etsy to discuss. If a refund is chosen, this will include both the product price and the shipping fee originally paid.
