Handmade by myself in my home studio. SRA #V22 (self representing artist)

For a small fee, I will mount this bead onto a sterling silver headpin, adding a small Swarovski crystal top and bottom, so that you may wear it immediately.

The goddess is recognized in ancient and modern cultures and is a symbolic for a wide variety of interpretaions. Impossible to duplicate, this Goddess offers a unique view of the female deity.

I sculpted this shapely goddess bead using Opaline lapis blue. By overheating the molten glass, Opaline develops a matted finish. While not usually desirable, it makes this goddess look ancient and recently unearthed at an archaeological site. On her right thigh, you will see 3 millifiori, accenting her near perfect form.

5th pictures shows the size - approx. 1 3/4" tall.

Included with this bead is a piece of tiny hollow tubing that fits perfectly inside the 3/32" hole. This prevents any wobble when mounted on a headpin making it ready to incorporate into you jewelry designs.
